Qualified Candidates will have:

• A current Michigan Certification for Nursing Assistants (CNA).

We are in search of Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supervisors for 2nd & 3rd shift to provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory policies and procedures and to assess residents’ care needs and take appropriate action.

Incentives:

• Additional $2.25 per hour for Frontline worker pay through September 30, 2021
• Additional $10.00 per hour in Pick Up Bonus pay
• Sign on Bonus: FT up to $5,000, PT up to $2,500

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement policies & procedures.
• Supervise and Lead all direct resident care.
• Provide supervision to Nursing Assistants.
• Responsible for compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physician’s orders and accurately record all care provided. 
• Assess residents and develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on individual needs.
• Work cooperatively with residents, nursing staff, physicians, families, consultant personnel, community agencies and ancillary service providers to ensure residents receive the appropriate care.

Qualified candidates will have:

• An unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse License.
• The ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

We are currently hiring applicants who are interested in a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant.  Candidates that are selected will attend an 8-hour CNA training course and complete a skills exam to become a Hospitality Aide. 

This is a wonderful way to start training at a skilled nursing facility to gain experience and prepare for an exciting career as a Certified Nurse Assistant.

We are currently accepting applications for part time dietary aides/cooks. On the job training is provided for all positions within the nutritional services department. 

The purpose of these dietary aide/cook positions are to provide excellent customer service through accurate and timely food service meeting the residents' needs. Job duties of this position include, but are not limited to handling stock, preparing and serving food, setting up trays and food service carts accurately and timely, assisting in preparing food, answering phones within the dietary department and serving in the employee cafeteria. This position is also responsible for scraping soiled dishes, properly loading dishwashers, mopping dietary floors, and maintaining required temperature logs.

High school diploma/GED required or in the process of obtaining.

Prior dietary experience is preferred.
